Also trademarked are the black cab and the tube system. London black cab drivers are famous for their willingness to share their opinions.  London has a relatively new tram network.  Tram link has three routes, 39 stops and is widely profitable.

London is an extremely congested city (Read 15 of the 25 most congested raods of London).  City officials are attempting to reduce congestion by encouraging public use of mass transport as well as avoiding driving into the city.  Individuals who do drive into the center of the city must pay a toll daily.  However, residents of this zone may purchase a pass at a steep discount for their entry into this zone.

Rail IconLondon also has a massive underground rail network known as the Tube.  This system is used by commuters who are traveling to work, students going to school as well as tourists visiting the city.  There are over 270 stations in the Tube system.  One billion trips are made each year on the Tube.

Above ground rail service is also common.  South London has a large number of above ground stations.  A train service is also available in London that links with mainland Europe in less than three hours.
